i have been really sick lately. last week, i spent a few days in bed. what is strange about the whole thing is that i feel fine most of the time, but get caught up with coughing fits. even stranger is that these coughing fits are only in the middle of the night and in the early morning. i feel like this is all a product the last 6 months; the stress and working too hard.

i had a very significant dream last night. i am always amazed at what i learn in my dreams. i do not want to get into it, but i will only say that somehow i know things i would have otherwise not known because of my dreams. strange.

may:philly for heps, ithaca for senior week, nyc for recording?
july:vegas for usatf level 2 coaching education, et cetera
